Satwik

In a Satwik main course, the smallest accompaniments often carry the deepest energy. Chutneys, raitas, and sauces aren’t just condiments—they’re the balancing elements that elevate each bite into a holistic experience.

These sides offer cooling, warming, or digestive qualities depending on the season, the dish, and the dosha. Each one is crafted with pure ingredients, mindful preparation, and Ayurvedic purpose.

🌿 Chutneys:

Raw or lightly sautéed, our chutneys are made with fresh herbs, seasonal fruits, coconut, and gentle spices. Whether it’s coriander-mint, coconut-ginger, or tamarind-date, each chutney is designed to awaken the palate while supporting agni (digestive fire). No artificial preservatives or overpowering ingredients—just vibrant, living food.

🥛 Raitas:

Cooling and sattvic, raitas are made with homemade plant-based curd or fresh cow’s milk curd, infused with grated veggies or herbs like cucumber, beetroot, or mint. These probiotic-rich sides balance spicy or heavy main dishes, support gut health, and ground the meal with a cooling touch—ideal for summer or pitta-balancing meals.

🍅 Sauces & Gravies:

Mindfully slow-cooked using seasonal tomatoes, herbs, and roasted spices, our sauces are rich yet never heavy. Think onion-tomato gravies, peanut sesame blends, or curry leaf-infused rasas. These sauces are where flavor meets function—energizing the meal without overpowering its sattvic nature.

With accents like lemon, herbs, or a light satwik dressing, these bowls deliver depth without heaviness

Rotis

Millet and buckwheat rotis are more than just wholesome alternatives to wheat—they’re deeply rooted in India's traditional wisdom and offer gentle nourishment for body and mind. Crafted from gluten-free flours like jowar (sorghum), bajra (pearl millet), ragi (finger millet), or kuttu (buckwheat), these rotis are rich in fiber, essential minerals, and slow-releasing energy. Their earthy, grounding flavors make them the perfect complement to light dals, seasonal vegetables, or probiotic-rich raitas. In the Satwik lifestyle, these rotis are especially favored for their sattvic qualities: easy on digestion, naturally cooling or warming depending on the grain, and completely plant-based. Whether dry-roasted or lightly brushed with ghee, they support a calm mind, stable energy, and balanced gut health.
